Lucy Breakers is a really interesting new format of nicotine pouches. You may be familiar with Lucy because they make a popular line of nicotine gum. Over the past few years, they’ve gradually been expanding into nicotine pouches. But, what makes this one interesting is that it has something very unique, something no other nicotine pouch on the market has: a flavor/moisture capsule inside the pouch.
VELO Nicotine pouches is a rather interesting one. Today, we’re checking out the Velo line sold in the US. I have to differentiate because Velo is a worldwide brand. Several years ago, a nicotine pouch brand known as Lyft launched in Sweden. Shortly after that, the line was rebranded to Velo, in line with another couple of nicotine pouches sold in the US. These products aren’t the same as those products. These products were rebranded as Velo when BAT purchased Dryft sciences, and turned Dryft into Velo. I know, clear as mud, right? It’s very confusing, and interesting! You can find Velo in the round cans with the mini dry pouches, but you can also find an oblong version of Velo in the US.
On! Nicotine Pouches have been on the market for quite some time now. I first tried them several years ago when they launched in 2015. Over the past 7 years, the On! brand has grown in popularity. Altria bought the manufacturer of On! in June of 2019 for 372 million US dollars, showing how popular the brand has become, and its potential. The brand has grown from a small product line to one of the most highly regarded lines on the market. The brand comes in three strengths, and a wide variety of flavors. With this one, there truly is something for everyone.
Rogue is a brand of nicotine pouches that has been on the market for quite a while. It is one of the first ones that came around! I first encountered it a few years back, myself. This is one that comes in a full sized can, resembling the size and form factor of an American dip can. The pouches are also full size! Compared to others in the mini/dry size, these are regular sized. They also have a decent moisture amount to them when compared to the more dry nicotine pouch commonly seen in the US. These are pretty visible here in the US. Even before Zyn. I was finding Rogue all over the place. Gas stations, tobacco stores, you name it. But now, if you want to try this brand, it’s easily available to you from prilla.com!
LUCY Nicotine Pouches is a relatively new line of nicotine pouches sold in the US. If the name sounds familiar, they have a popular line of nicotine gum sold in the US, as well. This new line of nicotine pouches comes in a wide array of flavors and strengths. These are the standard Lucy pouches, but they also make a line of capsule pouches with flavor capsules in them, called LUCY Breakers.
When it comes to nicotine pouches, the Zyn brand is the king, the top of the mountain. Since its launch in 2016, it has become the most recognized, and widely available brand of nicotine pouches in this category. Swedish Match has continued to grow the brand, from the core lineup, to the addition of new flavors, and now there is truly something for everyone in the Zyn nicotine pouches series. From top to bottom, the Zyn line has it all, but what counts most is this: quality.

This new line of nicotine pouches comes in a wide array of flavors and strengths. These are the standard Lucy pouches, but they also make a line of capsule pouches with flavor capsules in them, called LUCY Breakers. Today, we’re checking out their wintergreen flavor in the 4 and 8mg strength. They also make a 12mg strength, but I didn’t have a can of it with me for the photo. I’ve had it before, so I’ll still reference the strength in the review. Now let's check these products out!

The Rogue Nicotine Pouches line has been sold in the US for quite some time now. They are one of the earliest brands available here in the US in the tobacco-free format. I first happened upon them when I was traveling back in 2020. This range has an array of interesting flavors, including Mango and Honey Lemon, but today we’re going to be talking about one of their more traditional flavors, Peppermint.
Today we’re checking out Lucy Breakers. This is an incredibly interesting new format of nicotine pouches. You’re probably familiar with Lucy, they also make a popular line of nicotine gum. They’ve recently expanded into nicotine pouches, and have now added a new format to their world of nicotine pouches: the capsule. This is something that no one has done before, and it really adds an extra dimension to the product.

Great article! I rly like lower lip bc it’s more comfortable and stronger imo but I see the other side. I love wintergreen and the 20mg cool mint ones but I’m excited to try cherry cola.
To be fair, coming from a fellow "dipper" trying to quit - it is a huge first step to switch to something like Zyn. First, the oral fixation is not even comparable so even though there is still nicotine, the user is breaking that fixation habit of a lump in the lip, spitting, and taste - which...
Please let me know the ingredients of your products. I am considering buying these for my partner to help them get off cigarettes but I want to make sure they are safe. Thank you!
