The Lucy Nicotine Pouches series has been growing a lot over the past year. From regular pouches like these, to their new Breakers product with flavor capsules in the pouch. If you’re not familiar with Lucy, they’re a very well known brand. They became more known with their nicotine gum, which you may have seen advertised on Facebook at one point in time. However, lately they’ve expanded into the world of nicotine pouches! Today we’re checking out a rather intriguing flavor: Cinnamon! This review will cover the 4, 8, and 12mg variants.
I first encountered Rogue a few years ago, but I had heard of them quite a few times. They were one of the earliest nicotine pouch brands sold in the US, shortly after Zyn came onto the market. Rogue is an interesting one. It comes in a full size can, about the size of a dipping tobacco can. But, this product doesn’t any tobacco. The pouches are also the full size, and not the slim type or the mini type like we commonly see in the US. So, this one is a rather unique product. Today, we’re going to be checking out their Apple flavor, in the 6mg strength.
Lucy Breakers is a really interesting new format of nicotine pouches. You may be familiar with Lucy because they make a popular line of nicotine gum. Over the past few years, they’ve gradually been expanding into nicotine pouches. But, what makes this one interesting is that it has something very unique, something no other nicotine pouch on the market has: a flavor/moisture capsule inside the pouch.
In this review, we’ll be trying their Apple Ice flavor!
In the world of nicotine pouches, there is none more popular or well known than Zyn. Since the launch of Zyn several years ago, it has grown in popularity across the US, and is a fan favorite for those who enjoy the all-white nicotine pouch category. With a wide assortment of flavors, and two strengths per flavor, the Zyn series is quite versatile. There are a few different mint products in the Zyn range, but today we’re going to be talking about their Cool Mint flavor, in the 3mg and 6mg strengths.
If you asked anyone in the US about nicotine pouches, most of them would mention the Zyn brand. Since the launch of Zyn, it has become arguably the most popular brand in the US. Zyn offers a wide range of flavors and nicotine strengths, so no matter what you’re into, there’s something for you. Also, in terms of mint, Zyn offers quite a few of them: Spearmint, Cool Mint, and the one we’re talking about today: Peppermint. Each US Zyn product comes in two strengths, 3mg and 6mg, so today we’re going to check out both of them.
I first tried Rogue a few years ago. It has been on the market for quite a while, and comes with quite a few different flavors and strengths. It’s also different from others out there. First, Rogue comes with a full sized can. In shape, it’s about the size and form of a dip can. The pouches are also different. They’re not the standard mini/dry type. They’re bigger, almost the size of a regular sized pouch. They also have more moisture to them, which contributes a softer pouch. Today, we’re checking out the tropical flavor of mango!
Today, we’re talking about Rogue Nicotine Pouches. Rogue is a pretty well known line that has been sold in the US for several years. They’re one of the earliest lines, going back to the beginning days of nicotine pouches and were one of the first lines on the market. I was traveling back in 2020, and I happened upon them in a gas station in the Midwest. Today we’re checking out their Honey Lemon flavor with Rogue Honey Lemon 3mg and Rogue Honey Lemon 6mg, which is one of their more interesting and unique flavors!
Rogue nicotine pouches is a brand that’s been around for quite a while. Compared to other new brands on the market, this is one that’s been out for a bit. I first had it a few years ago, myself. It’s different, and stands out a lot compared to others on the market. The can is a full sized can, and is similar in form and size to an American dip can. The pouches are also quite different. Compared to other mini/dry pouches out there, these are full sized, and moist. This one is definitely different! The line has quite a few flavors, but today we’re going to be checking out Rogue Cinnamon 6mg. This one also comes in a 3mg variant.
A few years ago, I tried Rogue for the first time. I’d heard about them quite a few times, as they have been one of the earliest sold brands of nicotine pouches in the US. Rogue is intriguing! It comes in a full, regular sized can, almost resembling the size of an American dip can. However, this product is completely tobacco-free. The pouches, also, are not the mini/dry type like others sold in the US. They’re regular sized, moist, and quite soft. Today, we’re checking out the very American flavor of Wintergreen!
Rogue is a brand of nicotine pouches that has been on the market for quite a while. It is one of the first ones that came around! I first encountered it a few years back, myself. This is one that comes in a full sized can, resembling the size and form factor of an American dip can. The pouches are also full size! Compared to others in the mini/dry size, these are regular sized. They also have a decent moisture amount to them when compared to the more dry nicotine pouch commonly seen in the US. Today, we’re checking out their Berry flavor in the 6mg strength. This one is also available in the 3mg strength.

Great article! I rly like lower lip bc it’s more comfortable and stronger imo but I see the other side. I love wintergreen and the 20mg cool mint ones but I’m excited to try cherry cola.
To be fair, coming from a fellow "dipper" trying to quit - it is a huge first step to switch to something like Zyn. First, the oral fixation is not even comparable so even though there is still nicotine, the user is breaking that fixation habit of a lump in the lip, spitting, and taste - which...
Please let me know the ingredients of your products. I am considering buying these for my partner to help them get off cigarettes but I want to make sure they are safe. Thank you!
