It may be velo's manufacturing process that rips open a pouch every once in a while, since often the other cans even in the same 5 pack roll are fine.

The smell is off putting the flavor is non existent the nicotine rush is jagged and empty somehow. If you’re looking for a good citrus go rogue or Zyn. I plan on tearing on!
